2. What membership includes
Membership provides access to the protected member dashboard, offering specialized resource libraries, templates, live events, community spaces, and regular program updates.
3. Account and access
Your membership account is personal to you. Sharing credentials or redistributing resources outside the membership ecosystem is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.
4. Payments and renewals
Membership fees, billing frequency and any introductory or discounted price points will be outlined clearly during checkout. Subscriptions automatically renew at the standard rate unless cancelled.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel future renewal through the available account route in your member profile. Refunds for active billing cycles are not offered under normal operating circumstances.
6. Live CPD
Live CPD dates, times, facilitators and delivery arrangements are subject to change. Recorded versions and resources will be uploaded inside the dashboard whenever technically and contractually feasible.
7. Professional scope and responsibility
Membership content is educational and reflective in nature. It does not replace independent clinical judgment, legal advice, or official medical supervision tailored to your professional role.
8. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, original membership text, templates, downloads, and media assets are the intellectual property of THINK. Content is licensed strictly for individual professional use.
9. Acceptable use
Members must follow the Membership Guidelines, protect confidentiality within all interactive spaces, and behave with respect and constructive professional intent at all times.
10. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the membership available and maintained. However, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend services for necessary security patches, standard maintenance, or technical upgrades.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Our collective liability under these terms is strictly capped at the amount paid by you for the active membership term.
12. Governing law
These draft terms are intended for a UK-based business. Any legal disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
