OUR REVIEW
Tiimo is a visual planning app created to make organisation more accessible for people with ADHD, autism and other executive-function differences. It began as a research project exploring how technology could support neurodivergent teenagers and is now used by more than a million people. Its visual timeline, flexible routines, focus tools and task breakdown may suit people who find conventional planners rigid or text-heavy. Tiimo was named Apple’s iPhone App of the Year 2025. It is best understood as a practical support rather than a treatment, and it will not suit everyone.

Why this may be of benefit
For practitioners, neurodivergent people and others supporting neurodivergent people, Tiimo may offer a practical way to externalise plans and reduce working-memory load, and to explore what kind of structure actually feels supportive rather than imposed.
