A clear, supportive
learning space

This is not a generic awareness course. It is a specialist learning space created from lived experience, clinical practice, community and academic knowledge.

Designed for neurodivergent therapists and counsellors seeking neurodivergent-competency training that is clinically meaningful, reflective, and genuinely accessible. Created by and for neurodivergent therapists, this training is affirming, empowering, and committed to transforming practice — together

Why This Training Exists

Traditional therapy training was not built with neurodivergent people in mind.

Many neurodivergent therapists have been trained within models that unintentionally pathologise, misunderstand, or invalidate neurodivergent experiences.

As therapists, we are often left trying to adapt approaches that were never designed for neurodivergent nervous systems, communication styles, sensory experiences, or ways of processing the world.

This course was created to change that.

Built from both lived experience and professional expertise, this advanced training helps therapists move beyond awareness into genuinely neurodivergent competent practice.

'This training feels like CPD training designed by people who understand neurodivergent experience'

The aim is not simply to add more knowledge. It is to support validation, confidence, safer practice, professional belonging, and permission to work differently
