Accessibility

How we design the member space to reduce overwhelm, support clarity and make participation more flexible.
Members’ information

Clear, low-overwhelm format

How we aim to make the membership accessible

The Membership Hub is designed around clarity, predictability and flexible participation. We recognise that access needs vary between people and may also change from day to day.
Clear structure

Simple navigation

A consistent dashboard, clear headings, short sections and predictable next steps. You do not need to explore the whole hub at once.
Flexible participation

Join in your own way

Members can attend live CPD without pressure for performative participation. Where a session allows questions, these can be offered in ways that reduce pressure.
Readable content

Designed to reduce overload

Cream backgrounds, generous spacing, clear typography, restrained colour and limited visual clutter are used throughout the member area.
Low-energy access

One useful thing is enough

The dashboard and reflection area provide reduced-choice routes for times when energy, attention or decision-making capacity is limited.

Live CPD access

You do not need to disclose a diagnosis to ask for an adjustment.
If an access need would help you use the membership or attend CPD, contact us and we will discuss what is reasonably possible.

Documents and resources

Downloads

We aim to use readable layouts, meaningful headings and plain language. Where a resource is provided as a document, we will try to offer a format that is practical to read, save and use.

Research summaries

Research entries are written in plain English and separate key findings, practice relevance and limitations so members can identify the useful information without needing to process a full academic paper first.

Alternative access

If a member cannot reasonably use a core resource because of its format, they can contact us to discuss whether an alternative can be provided.
ACCESS SUPPORT

Tell us what would help

You are welcome to contact THINK Neurodivergent UK about an access need relating to the Membership Hub or live CPD.

We cannot guarantee every requested adjustment, but we will consider requests carefully and communicate clearly about what can be offered.
